Protecting Endangered Species
The Endangered Species Protection Program (ESPP) regulates whether pesticide use in a certain geographic area may affect any listed species. All pesticide products that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) determines “may effect” a listed species or its designated critical habitat may be subject to the ESPP.
